Q. How do I make my reservation ?
A. To make reservation? Please use our Online Reservation Form available on this website. Please ensure that your furnished all the required information as specified on the Reservation Form.

Q. When I submit my Reservation Form, where does my request go?
A. It will go to our Sales & Marketing Department.

Q. How long will it take you to respond to my reservation request?
A. Within 24 hours and not later then 36 hours. If you do not receive your respond with 36 hours, please e-mail back to us at info@likassquare.com.my.

Q. I don't have 24 hours to wait for conformation. What can I do?
A. You may contact us at 6088-252230 for assistance.

Q. What happen after 36 hours we do not receive any respond from you?
A. As yo are aware this booking is via online and there are many possible factor that your reservation does not reach us may be due to server's error or due to some other technical problem. Please e-mail back to us at info@likassquare.com.my to enquire about your reservation.

Q. How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
A. When you received our acknowledgment via e-mail and not later than 36 hours. Reservation are deemed secured if guaranteed with credit card .

Q. After filling up and submission of my Reservation Form how do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
A. Within 24 hours and not later than 36 hours, you will be contacted by e-mail informing you on the status of your reservation.

Q. How do you respond back to us on our conformation ?
A. We shall be responding back to you via e-mail. We do not call or we do not fax to you unless requested to do so. Please ensure that you furnish to us accurate e-mail address/es .

Q. What happens if I encounter problem with my reservation upon checking-in?
A. It is advisable for you to quote your conformation number if you were given one but if you were not, it would be advisable for you to print out the conformation letter and bring along.

Q. What do I need upon checking-in?
A. If you are given a conformation number please quote it during checking-in and if you do not it would be advisable for you to print out the conformation letter and bring along.

Q. How far ahead should I make the reservations?
A. Our reservation will be confirmed instantly.

Q. Is it advantages for us to book early ?
A. Yes it would as most of the time we are always fully booked. In order not to get disappointed please make your booking as early as possible.

Q. During the reservation I gave my credit card details but upon checking-in I decide to pay cash .Is this possible ?
A. No it is not possible. All our reservation need to be confirmed by credit card & payment will be deducted immediately.

Q. What are the means for us to guarantee our booking ?
A. To guarantee your booking we would request for credit card details.

Q. Do you collect payment during the Reservation stages?
A. No we do not collect payment during the reservations stages. During reservation stages we need your credit details for the main reason to guarantee your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Q. How do I change or cancel my reservations?
A. Please contact our front office department as it is faster to do so.

Q. What is your Cancellation Policy and what are the penalty if we defaulted?

Payments

Q. What credit card types are accepted for guarantee / deposit or payment if we defaulted?
A. Visa, Master & American Express are accepted at our hotel.

Q. Do you accept Visa Electron Card?
A. No we do not accept Visa Electron Card.

Q. When do I have to include my credit card number?
A. When you fill up our Online Reservation Form to guarantee your reservations.

Q. Why do you need my credit card number and expire date?
A. To guarantee the reservation during peak period or late arrival.

Rooms & Rates

Q. Based on the rates offered on your website, is it possible for us to ask for special discount ?
A. Rates portray on this website are our published rates. No discounts will be given based on these published rates. We only offer promotions on monthly basis. It would be cheaper . Please feel free to view our latest promotions available.

Q. We are Malaysian government Employees of a Foreign government, are we entitled for are special rates?
A. Yes. Please check with the respective department if there are any special rates accorded to Malaysian Government staffs.

Q. What are the check-in & check-out time?
A. Check-in time is at 2.00 pm onwards and check-out time is 12.00 noon.

Q. We will be arriving at 5.00 am in the morning. If we check-in at this time, do you consider thia as 1 night?
A. Yes, our new day starts at 6.00 am.

Q. Our flight home is at 12.00 am, we will like to check out late at 8.00 pm. What is your rate for late check out?
A. It will be chargeable at 100% of the normal room rates which is available on the website.

Q. We will be arriving around 3.00 am, so can we check in at that time?
A. Yes, but you will be charged in accordance to the rates shown on this website. Please indicate in your reservation form for reference.

Q. We are aware that your check-out is at 12.00 noon, but due to our late flight, we wish to stay on until 3.00 pm. Is this chargeable?
A. Late check out until 3pm will be subject to availability of rooms only.

Q. We are aware that your check-in time is at 2.00 pm, but we would like to check in at 10.00 am, it is chargeable?
A. Early check in will be subject to availability of rooms only. Please indicate in your reservation form as we may be able to accommodate your request free-of-charge if rooms is available.

Transportation

Q. Is there a shuttle service to/from the airport?
A. Yes, we do have our schedule shuttle service to Kota Kinabalu City. Please let us know upon your reservation if you need us to arrange your transfer from airport to the hotel. The departure transfer is chargeable at RM 80 per way per van, which can only accommodate 10 person.

Q. Which is cheaper, your shuttle service or the public transport ?
A. Our schedule shuttle service is free for hotel guest.

Q. Do we need adaptors or transformers for our electrical devices?
A. If you are from Asians countries, adaptors or transformer are not needed but advisable to carry with you as some electrical voltage may differ. In Malaysia, the electricity runs on 240 volts with 50-cycle system.

A. English is the common language used here. Our national language is Bahasa Malaysia. Malaysians commonly speak Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin, Tamil, Cantonese, and Punjabi.

A. For your convenience, it always advisable to change to local currencies as all transaction in Malaysia will be in Ringgit Malaysia (RM or MYR). However, there are moneychangers and banks nearby to do these transactions.

A. Malaysia has an equatorial climate with uniform temperatures throughout the year. If you are coming to the East Coast of Malaysia, especially to Kelantan and Terengganu, most of the hotel and resort along the east coast here are closed from November to January due to the monsoon season.
